Netflix has recently released a list of shows and movies that will be removed from their streaming service soon. Don’t miss your last chance to see these favorites, before they get dumped by Netflix.
Harriot
If you were hoping to watch ‘Harriot,’ you’ll need to do it before November 15th. This harrowing biopic tells the tale of Harriot Tubman, describing her terrifying escape from slavery. The story shares how Ms Tubman risked her own life to set other slaves free through the Underground Railroad.
Reacher
The Tom Cruise movie version of ‘Reacher’ is also set to be dumped by Netflix soon. In some cruel version of Trick or Treat, the Netflix Powers That Be have decided that Halloween will be your last chance to watch the Reacher movies on their site.
Never fear, the Reacher television series, starring Alan Ritchson, is still available on Amazon Prime. In fact, season 3 of the fan favorite is due to be out soon. And many agree that Alan makes a much better Reacher, anyway. (Sorry, Tom!)
Jesus Revolution
If you’ve been hoping to watch Jesus Revolution, you’ll have to get it done before November 30. Kelsey Grammer stars in this film, set in the 70s, which tells the story of a “new kind of church.” The “revolution” is started by a disgruntled teen, a hippie street evangelist, and a strict pastor in California.
Child’s Play
On November 1, the day after Halloween, many of the films from the Chucky franchise will be removed from the Netflix lineup. Bride of Chucky, Child’s Play, Cult of Chucky, Curse of Chucky, and more will all be leaving.
The Expendables
The Expendables, a set of funny action movies starring such names as Silvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger will also be taken away on November 1. All three of the films, Expendables 1, 2, and 3, will be dumped by Netflix that day.
Many More
Dozens of other films and shows will be removed from the streaming service within the next few weeks. Several Monty Python titles, Pokemon series, and Dr Suess stories will be gone, as will Magic Mike tales and many others.
